GOOD NIGHT LIGHTS WEEK!
Dunkin Donuts and Good Night Lights Block Party
WEDNESDAY, MAY 23RD | 7PM - 9PM
INDIA POINT PARK, PROVIDENCE, RI
This year on Iced Coffee Day, Dunkin Donuts is encouraging as many members of our community as possible to join together at India Point Park for a “block party”. This will be great night of games, food and fun, all leading to a HUGE 8:30 p.m. flashlight flash to all our friends at Hasbro Children’s Hospital. We'd love as many of you as possible to join us to participate in Good Night Lights.

ICED COFFEE DAY!
WEDNESDAY, MAY 23RD | ALL DAY
DUNKIN DONUTS

This year, to help spread the word about Iced Coffee Day and add an extra layer of support for the patients at Hasbro Children’s Hospital, Dunkin’ Donuts has partnered with Good Night Lights, the locally iconic tradition of shining flashlights toward Hasbro Children’s Hospital to let the patients know folks are always thinking of them.

Throughout the month of May, select Dunkin’ Donuts locations have been giving away free keychain flashlights to customers. And on Wednesday night, Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees are inviting the public to take their flashlights and meet in India Point Park in Providence, where they can join Good Night Lights founder Steve Brosnihan and local police officers, firefighters and other first responders to be a part of one of the largest Good Night Lights events of the year. The Good Night Lights event will run from 7 – 9 p.m. in India Point Park. Dunkin’ Donuts franchisees will provide family-friendly music, games and activities for attendees, and Dunkin’ Donuts iced coffees will be available for a suggested $1 donation to Hasbro Children’s Hospital.

“I’m proud of what Good Night Lights has become, and how it continues to grow. What started as one exchange between me and a patient at Hasbro Children’s Hospital in 2010 has grown into a nightly ritual of support from people and businesses all across Rhode Island and Massachusetts,” said Good Night Lights founder and conductor Steve Brosnihan. “The fact that we see lights shining every night at 8:30 is a testament to the generous, caring hearts of Rhode Islanders, and all those who join the display. Big thanks to Dunkin’ Donuts for shining its own spotlight on this project and its volunteer community intent on raising the spirits of hospitalized children. I’m looking forward to celebrating Iced Coffee Day on May 23rd and being part of the brightest Good Night Lights signal thus far.”
